CasePacer and Outlook Integration

Step by Step how to set up your Calendar Integration with Outlook.

STEP 1

Select Settings under your user profile menu.

Select Calendar Settings.

STEP 3

Select the Microsoft Outlook option.  If you are already signed in to Microsoft/Outlook with your browser, it will automatically connect you.  If you are not yet signed in, you will be prompted for credentials.

THAT'S IT!

If the Host and/or Guest(s) assigned to CasePacer appointments has set up their email with the steps above, you'll see a badge indicating that the appointment will sync with their Outlook calendars. 

*Please note if you are scheduling events for other users, they need to follow these steps using their own CasePacer and Outlook accounts for the sync to work.

Here's the behavior you can expect with this new setup:

  • You'll be able to push appointments from CasePacer to Outlook, including recurring appointments and those not related to a case.
  • This is a true sync - changes made to CasePacer appointments in Outlook or CasePacer will sync with each other. No more second-guessing.
