Case Progress keeps your clients informed about the status of their case through your mobile app.
To add a case progress, go to Settings > Firm Settings and select CP Direct.
On the left side bar list, select Case Progress
Click on the plus sign button to add a case progress and description. Below are 'placeholder' case progress and its description. Feel free to modify these entries to align with your firm's process.

| Evaluate | Your information has been received, and our legal team is currently evaluating the details of your potential case. Please allow some time for this process and work on any forms or other requests from our team. The more information you can help us obtain, the faster we can assist you. |
| Case Accepted | Congratulations! We have decided to take on your case. Your legal representative will be in touch shortly to discuss the specifics and plan the next steps. We're committed to working diligently on your behalf. |
| Preparing Legal Action | Our legal team is actively working on your case, gathering evidence, consulting with experts, and preparing the necessary documents for legal action. This phase can be time-consuming, but rest assured, we are committed to building a strong case for you. |
| Active Litigation | Your case has entered the litigation phase. This means that legal proceedings have been initiated, and your legal team is actively engaged in negotiations, hearings, or trial proceedings. This is a critical stage, and we are working tirelessly to advocate for your interests. |
| Settlement | Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that a settlement has been reached for one or more of your claims. The terms have been negotiated and agreed upon by both parties. Your legal representative will contact you to discuss the details of the settlement and the next steps towards finalizing it. |
| Case Closed | Your case has reached its conclusion. Whether through settlement, trial verdict, or other means, the legal process has ended. Your attorney will contact you to discuss the outcome and any necessary follow-up actions. We hope you and your loved ones won't need legal assistance in the future, but we are here for you if you do. Thank you for entrusting us with your legal needs! |
