CP Hub is not working - how can I fix it?

Troubleshooting - CPHub Credentials

Windows stores your CPHub credentials so you don't have to retype it every
time you connect. If your CasePacer password changes or Windows stops
working right, try these steps.
Open the Credential Manager in Windows.

Select Windows Credentials.

Under Generic Credentials, expand cphub.casepacer.com and select Edit.

Enter the correct User name and Password. Select Save.

Disconnecting and Reconnecting - CP Hub

Right click your CP Hub connection and choose disconnect

Open File Explorer and go to This PC.
Go to Computer and select Map Network Drive.

Select an unused Drive.
Enter the Folder:
https://cphub.casepacer.com

Select Reconnect at sign-in and Connect using different credentials.
Select Finish.

Enter your CasePacer credentials
Select Remember my credentials if you don't want to retype your
password.
Select OK.
