How It Works

Email your feature request or enhancement idea to success@casepacer.com.
2. Customer success reviews your request
Our Customer Success Team reviews your suggestion, gathers any necessary details, and ensures your feedback is documented.
3. Team Discussion
Your request is shared with our Product and Development Teams, where Customer Success champions your feedback during roadmap discussions.
Our Product and Development Teams evaluate requests based on customer impact, product strategy, technical feasibility, and overall demand.
4. Product Evaluation
Approved ideas are prioritized and scheduled as part of our ongoing product roadmap. While we can't guarantee every request will be implemented, every submission is reviewed and considered.
