To avoid issues when uploading large files in CP Hub, use the drag-and-drop option in the CasePacer browser. This method is ideal for large files up to 4GB.
Navigate to the correct Case. Drag & Drop the desired file onto the browser.
NOTE: You can drag and drop a file onto any screen of a Case, not just from the Documents screen.
This method is great for large files. Even if your internet connection is stalled or slow, the upload will remember where it left off and start back up automatically once your connection is restored.
Once the file has been successfully uploaded, a green progress bar will appear at the top of the page. Click on this bar to proceed with profiling your document.
