Timekeeper (NEEDS IMAGES)
The Timekeeper tool allows you to track your work by starting, stopping, and restarting timers directly from the top navigation bar.
Note: The timekeeper function is for Attorney and Paralegal user types and is not available for the Office Administrator user type.
Starting a New Timer
1. Open the Timekeeper
- Click the Timer icon in the top navigation bar.

A tooltip labeled Timekeeper appears when you hover over it.

The Timekeeper side sheet opens and displays:

An Activity Form
-
Your Last 5 Activities in a data table

2. Enter the Activity Details
In the Activity Form, enter the details for the work you are tracking:-
Case
-
Activity (a description of what you are doing)
-
Billable checkbox (enable if the time is billable)
-
Rate (if applicable)
-
Start Date & Time
What happens next:

The timer begins counting.
-
End Date & Time and Duration fields appear.

The Start button changes to Stop.
3. Close the Timekeeper
You may close the side sheet while the timer continues to run.
What you’ll see:

The Timer icon in the top navigation updates to show that an active timer is running.
Stopping a Timer
When you're finished working, stop the timer to save your activity.
1. Reopen the Timekeeper

Click the Timer icon in the top navigation.

The Timekeeper side sheet opens and shows the running timer.
2. Stop the Timer

After the timer has been running (for example, at least a few minutes), click Stop.
What happens:

The activity is saved to the Activity Log for the associated case.

The Timer icon in the top navigation resets to its normal inactive state.
Restarting a Previous Timer
If you frequently perform similar activities, you can restart a previously tracked timer to continue working on it without re-entering details.
1. Open the Timekeeper

Click the Timer icon in the top navigation.

A list of your Recent Activities appears.
2. Restart a Previous Activity

Locate any activity card in the Recent Activities list.

Click Restart.
What happens:
-
A new timer begins for that activity.
-
The Activity Form is automatically prefilled with the details from the previous timer.
