Dashboard Overview

Upon your initial login to your CasePacer account, you will be directed to your dashboard page. You can easily navigate back to this page at any time by clicking on the CasePacer logo located in the top left corner of the navigation bar.

 

 

Assigned Cases

The Assigned Cases section provides a real-time view of all cases currently assigned to you. It highlights new cases assigned during the day, ensuring you can prioritize your workflow efficiently.

Assigned Ticklers

This section displays:

  • Total Open Ticklers: A summary of all ongoing tasks assigned to you.

  • New Open Ticklers: Tasks that have been newly assigned on the current day.

This breakdown helps you stay organized and address critical tasks promptly.

Alerts

This section ensures you never miss an update. It displays details of new cases assigned to you, helping you stay informed and responsive.

Appointments

Keep track of your schedule. This section shows:

  • Appointments scheduled for the current day.

  • Upcoming appointments, allowing for better planning and time management.

My Ticklers Due Today

An interactive and visual feature of the dashboard, this section:

  • Shows an interactive progress bar that visually updates in real-time as you complete your ticklers.

  • Encourages productivity by providing a clear, visual representation of your task completion progress.

Achievement Summary

The Achievement Summary provides insights into your activity over the past 7 days. Key metrics include:

  • Events completed.

  • Ticklers finished.

  • Documents created.

  • Cases added.

This summary helps track your performance and identify areas for improvement.

Boost Engagement with CP Direct

If your firm utilizes the CP Direct mobile app for client interactions, this section will:

  • Display all client communications and messages sent via the mobile app.

  • Provide a centralized location to manage and respond to client inquiries effectively.
