We have some contacts that were accidentally entered into CasePacer more than once. Can I merge the together?
CasePacer does support contact merging for Administrators. To merge multiple contacts into a single entry, sign in with your Administrator credential.
Open one of the applicable contacts to be merged. and select Merge Contact at the top of the screen.
Search and select the duplicative contact from the search bar.
