Bulk Actions: User Reassignment
Bulk Actions allows admin user to update primary user roles assignment for multiple cases simultaneously, eliminating the need to edit each case individually. This feature accessible directly from the case list table.
How To Use Bulk Actions
- Log in user your CasePacer admin credentials.
- From the case list, click the Bulk Actions button in the upper-right corner of the table. Checkboxes will appear in the last column of each row.
- Check the boxes next to the cases you want to update. The action bar at the top will show how many rows are selected.
- Click Update User Roles in the action bar.
- A pop-up window will appear. Use the dropdown menus to choose a new Primary Attorney and/or Primary Paralegal for those cases.
- Confirm your updates. Do not close the window while the update is in progress.
- Click Open in New Tab to continue working while the update is completed.
