Document template generation errors fixed
Resolved issues that caused errors or failures when generating documents from templates. - Some documents and emails originally saved pre-release not accessible to end users
Some files saved between 01/06/26-01/09/26 were not accessible via browser or CP Hub; rest assured that the files were safe and have been restored for accessibility. Time tracking calculations corrected
Fixed incorrect time and duration calculations in activity logs. - Report synchronization resolved
Customer and case data now update in reporting as expected. CP Vantage report data is updated every hour. Legacy reports have a latency of 00:03s-3:00m depending on dataset size. Continued performance improvements are being investigated.

CP Direct message alerts restored
Notifications for new CP Direct messages are now delivered reliably. -
Third-party integration access fixed
Resolved issues preventing access to certain external integrations. -
UI inconsistencies resolved
Minor display and layout issues have been corrected for a more consistent experience. - Calendar and scheduling edge cases
We've modified the Case field to search any combination of first/last name and case number.
- "Failure to load modal" error messages
Users were reporting getting this message on the calendar and some other case pages.
- Discovery page slow to load
This page has been optimized.
- Ability to use Case Search in top navigation to search by LawsuitID has been restored.
- Restored the ability to see the plaintiff and case names in the browser tab headers.
- Error when trying to create a new tickler from the Tickler Index
Ticklers can now be created from the main Tickler Index, as well as from within a case.
- Top navigation can disappear when opening case pages in a new tab
The top navigation will persist regardless of links being opened in new tabs or windows.
- Ticklers were unresponsive from the case's tickler list
Some users were periodically unable to "work" a tickler from inside a case, and would instead have to open the tickler in a new tab to proceed.
- Notification timing inconsistencies
In rare situations, alerts were delayed in the top navigation bar, but were accurate within a case.
Known Bugs (In Process)
The following issues are actively being worked on or are awaiting further review:
- Paralegal role assignments
Some users are seeing that the Paralegal role assignment is being unassigned after saving case changes.
User Requested Adjustments / Enhancements
The following requests are queued for development:
- Enhance Switch User options for users that require specialized access
- Clicking a case URL from calendar appointment opens in a new tab within the browser window
These items will be addressed in order of priority based on users' reported impact.
