Fixed Bugs (Completed)

High / Critical Impact

  • Document template generation errors fixed
    Resolved issues that caused errors or failures when generating documents from templates.

  • Some documents and emails originally saved pre-release not accessible to end users
    Some files saved between 01/06/26-01/09/26 are not accessible via browser or CP Hub; rest assured that the files are safe and being restored for accessibility.  We anticipate full restoration to all users of any inaccessible files by end of day 1/14/26. If you require any inaccessible documents or emails before they are restored in our global fix, do not hesitate to reach out to success@casepacer.com so we can escalate your specific requests. 

  • Time tracking calculations corrected
    Fixed incorrect time and duration calculations in activity logs.

  • Report synchronization resolved
    Customer and case data now update in reporting as expected. CP Vantage report data is updated every hour. Legacy reports have a latency of 00:03s-3:00m depending on dataset size. Continued performance improvements are being investigated.

Medium Impact

  • CP Direct message alerts restored
    Notifications for new CP Direct messages are now delivered reliably.

  • Third-party integration access fixed
    Resolved issues preventing access to certain external integrations.

  • UI inconsistencies resolved
    Minor display and layout issues have been corrected for a more consistent experience.


Known Bugs (In Process)

The following issues are actively being worked on or are awaiting further review:

  • Additional calendar and scheduling edge cases
    Some less common appointment scenarios are still under investigation, including modifying the Case field to search any combination of first/last name and case number.

  • Notification timing inconsistencies
    In rare situations, alerts may be delayed in your top navigation bar, but are accurate within a case.

  • Top navigation can disappear when opening case pages in a new tab
    In rare circumstances, the case pages load without the navigation bar.

  • Ticklers unresponsive from the case's tickler list
    Some users are periodically unable to "work" a tickler from the case's tickler page; this is a browser cache issue. Please clear your cache and cookies to resolve the issue, or reach out to success@casepacer.com if this does not resolve. 
  • Error when trying to create a new tickler from the Tickler Index
    Ticklers can still be created from within a case while we resolve this.

User Requested Adjustments / Enhancements

The following requests are queued for development:

  • Ability to use Case Search in top navigation to search by LawsuitID
  • Restore the ability to see the plaintiff and case names in the browser tab headers
  • Enhance Switch User options for users that require specialized access

These items will be addressed in order of priority based on users' reported impact.
